Open May 6th 2016

Hue shan shui is the unveiling of video and projection artist Ham Dorries’ latest series of paintings. With gouache and a steady hand, Dorries articulates large scale landscapes with overlayed video projections to create an ever shifting surface. Taking influence from the methods and teachings of Chinese landscape painters, she generates landscapes from a mind that is possessed by digital media.
